At the time when powerlifting was becoming extremely popular muscle builder put out these three different courses. The Squat, the Deadlift and the Bench press! This is from Muscle Builder and it really is a great course. Joe Weider also put out the Squat and Deadlift manual and these are very sought after. This is one of the Best Bench press training manuals ever produced and considered timeless! The training advice is incredibly result producing and it’s not any nonsense like later publications. A true piece of history. We replicated these and these are the few left from our 110 count run. All the guys here at our gym have used this course thru out their career and always refer to it at their platform and base. The guys at Woodhaven Barbell kept asking for these and we made it happen!
